The Purpose and Managment of the School

Educate young Jewish survivors of the Holocaust, train and prepare them for the future Aliya to Israel. To give a roof and provision for those that were in need.

The school was directed by Samuel Milek Batalion.
Sophie Batalion managed the teaching and living facilities and the provisions for the school.
Moshe Mordchelewitz was the Betar Madrich who instructed the students in Herew, Betar Philosophy, Judaism, Zionism. He was in charge that the mind and body were fit for the task to come.
